I have currently been putting a lot of time into the new pokemon x game that was released not too long ago for nintendo 3ds. It has been a lot of fun. there are a few changes from the past versions that are to be noted. first of all the leveling up is a bit easier, and a lot less of a grind. You are able to get something called EXP ALL. this gives half your exp to everyone in your party regardless if they got into the battle or not. You also get exp when you catch wild pokemon not just killing them. The shiny breeding is still pretty tough though so far.. I have gone through 4 or 5 boxes so far of charmander eggs, and I still have yet to find a shiny charmander. will post some pictures and other updates on this soon. overall i would recommend picking it up. Nintendos first venture into the world of fully 3d was a success. The new wonder trade and more online features such as o powers are very nice to use.
One other significant thing to point out would be the games, newly implemented wonder trade.
ReplyDeleteIt is a very unique (and usually entertaining) trading system. where you pick one of your pokemon that you want to trade, then you wait for the game to randomly pick another gamer from a different part of the world to trade with. You never know what pokemon you will get until the trade is made. It's almost like a game of Pokemon Roulette :)
